Can you talk about what Norway was actually like? I mean, especially, you know, the difference between Africa and Europe.

Huge, huge difference.

Right.

Um, so, you know, kind of like you alluded to about Ottawa previously, you know, um, the, you know, Norway and, and I'm sure a lot of the other European embassies, they weren't built with security in mind when they were built.

Um, and now we're in this brave new world after nine 11, right.

Where anything can happen.

And, um, you know, the embassy in Norway was, you know, right on basically like a, a main street downtown with no standoff and it's a hundred percent glass on the outside.

Most of the place I've been, except Canada, the Marines weren't allowed to drive for that specific reason.

... something needs to change where I'm not resetting everything every year.

So, you know, some of the things that made me want to get a little faster, I think I'm very relationship based, and who my coach is really matters to me, and how I get along with them.

Do I get along with them? Are we friends? My first coach that, like, brought me into this sport and made it beautiful, and I remember they were like, "You're a triath-" When I did my first sprint, they were like, "You're a triathlete.

How does that feel?" We eventually got married, and then, [chuckles] so...

And I was, you know, and then, you know, we tried the coach thing while dating, and it, it...

We were just like, "You know what? Let's just retire this 'cause now we get each other all the time, and, uh, so let's do that." So I shopped around a little bit and eventually landed.
