What does that mean? What does that clarity piece mean? And why is that so important in this work?

So I'm going to answer that in a couple of different ways.

First of all, I know you say it in your intro and your outro.

And it's something that I say all the time that Culture is our beliefs and values in action.

So every action to me needs to clearly connect back to your organization's mission, purpose.

And if every action doesn't somehow connect back to that and you as a leader can't clearly identify This is why we serve our customer this way.

This is why we sweep our sidewalk this way.

But I'd love to know, like, what are some of the behaviors or the habits that create that type of experience? So
