How has the consumer changed since then?

Yeah, great question.

I mean, as far as talking to my son, two of my sons are home right now from school.

One's graduated, one's in college, and we were talking about, you know, what's the difference? And so my oldest son started going on the web and pulling up ads that we used to run, you know, way back in the day.

And he would look at the ads and then look at today.

He says, boys, nothing's changed.

It's not the same in many ways.

and and there's something special about that um you know you talk about labor that is probably top two biggest pain points i hear it's it's labor labor labor you talk nasm issa has a great trainer recruiting uh program but again as the competition as the amount of as the accessibility grows and there's a pilates studio on every corner and a gym on every corner and the next whatever i call it boxing on on bicycles like there's going to be some crazy concept that that comes around Is that a big part of friction for you today? Is that harder for you to staff your gym than it is to get the capital to buy 24? Yeah,

There's a guy named Tom Lister who was the lead on the deal.

Ted played very little role.

He had three really sharp people that came in and did all the diligence and cut the deal with me and everything.

I said, "Oh, you guys stand," 'cause in the past I've seen, you know, the head VC disappear.

"No, we're staying forever, Mark.
