Mark Grossman

cold called them to death until they gave me a job his

interview uh he pitched me a site really yeah it was badass wow and uh you know and so it's been fun he was really one of the first like the first kind of true out of college associate hires yeah you know and i'd obviously on my confession of street broker you know i'd going out of college going straight to stream in that institutional world and all the mistakes that i made back then and kind of six years of you know learning how to get to where i am now you know i was able to uh try to pour that into him and then honestly just he's been in production now for what like full production 1099 like a year and a half two years two years two years it goes by quick now he's you know top three top four in the firm and absolutely smashing it and Mark Grossman and I, our industrial team's up to eight guys now.

Obviously, we do a lot of this iOS stuff, but Phillip does a lot of land for ground-up development.

Try to be as well-rounded as we can.
