Mark Charles

I was going to a quote-unquote progressive church in Portland, Oregon that was socially progressive and racially progressive.

I think they had, like, Mark Charles preach one Sunday, who's a Native pastor, and pissed a lot of people off talking about Manifest Destiny.

They had several Black pastors, but they at, at a certain point I just came to realize that women were not allowed s- they had women pastors on staff, but women were not allowed to be elders or make financial decisions for the church.

Mm.
