Now, and I imagine in the security guard sector it's mostly male, right?

Yeah.

So [laughs] you have a completely different workforce.

You have 85% men, many of whom have worked perhaps in industry or who have worked in other jobs, uh, previously, and then end up working in, in security sometimes in their second career.

Some of them have military backgrounds and then, uh, end, end up working i- in the private security sector.

And the issues there are really compounded by the fact that they're working alone, oftentimes guarding a remote, you know, uh, factory somewhere or an energy plant and walking the perimeter of an airport or walking the perimeter of, of another, uh, of another site.

And then they're working during 24/7.

H- How do you, how did you get such a large listenership?
