focused on.

So what we did is, in collaboration with OPM, is we looked at those various solution areas as workstreams.

And then we did some homework to see what was available in terms of commercial offerings for products and services that federal agencies could use for all of the spoke elements of the HR system.

And so our teams were focused on each different individual areas.

And then they did market research to identify companies that were having products and solutions that could meet that requirement.

And then we did outreach to those companies.
