Mario Zucca, widely known as One Shot Mar, was crowned the champion of the inaugural Philadelphia Parallel Parking Association champion- championship, after defeating a field of local drivers in a series of tense street parking challenges organized by the grassroots Philadelphia Parallel Parking Association.
