Marino Institute of Education

I am so thrilled to introduce you to Dr. Jen O'Sullivan today, who is our guest.

Dr. Sullivan is a lecturer in literacy education at Marino Institute of Education, where she teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate teacher education programs.

A former primary school teacher, she continues to draw on her classroom experience to inform both her teaching and research.

A past president of the Literacy Association of Ireland and a research fellow at Trinity College Dublin School of Education, her PhD explored the role of phonemic awareness in early literacy development.

So what I've put together is a 30-day program.

It's wrapped around a live event in the lovely Marino Institute in Dublin on Saturday, the 14th of November.

where participants will come in and we'll have a day of learning and shared experience and really looking at all aspects of health span from emotional balance to mental clarity, physical vitality, purposeful meaning, relationship connection.

These all elements are interconnected and I've developed my own vitality mark.
