I think that's the flat outs as well coming off the, uh, the hills and then this morning I did a long run session first one of these in a while it's like a proper marathon session getting into the meat of the Marine Corps marathon block now so this was 36k total so 22.4 miles 604 mile in average and it was a 15K warmup, so 9.4 miles, 6.38 pace, so fairly steady pace for the warmup.

barclay fall classic of course that's next week and i'm doing some road so i'm doing marine corps marathon for with ainsley's oh the army 10 miler i'm gonna i'm uh i bet i can't talk i'm an ambassador for that race oh cool uh yeah dude i'm probably missing a bunch of other stuff but uh yeah i might pretty much every weekend is booked with a race the rest of the year and the only way i'll probably break that is if like something happens or like i can't get the Can't get the chafing in order or something like that.
