Mariel Garza

I'm Godfrey Plata.

I'm Mariel Garza.

Welcome back, Mariel.

Good to see you.

Thanks for having me, Mike.

You know, a- and, and, and so in their communications, some of them will be about that particular issue, but a lot will be about other issues, right? So, um, you know, the, the Carpenters, uh, the committee that they have formed is, um, uh, Estamos Con Nithya for, for Mayor of LA 2026, and they are really focusing very, very heavily on, on outreach and persuasion and mobilization in the Latino community.

Um, uh, you know, the, the, uh, the police union, they're certainly gonna make an issue out of public safety, uh, in, in, in their pack, which is small businesses, police officers, and other first responders opposed to Nithya Raman, right? Um, but they're also gonna make it about sort of broader, you know, DSA issues, homelessness.

In fact, I, I think you've seen one of, of, of their ads, Mariel.
