And I walked into a store, a bookstore, and saw the HypnoBirthing method, Marie ... uh, HypnoBirthing, uh, book, the Marie Mongan method.

And I just picked it up, and I started reading, and it was so enticing, and then that led me to read, like, more things about the biology of belief and, you know, the mind.

You know, that was the science brain in me going on, doing things that I really didn't need to do.
