By the way, on that, uh, development team, uh, we had Demi Vollering and Lorena Wiebes, uh, I think pretty familiar right now in the, in the sport.

Um, and, um, yeah, now the last three years, um, I'm working for EF Education-TIBCO-SVB, um, and set up that women's team.

I think that's the one that you mentioned in the beginning is to, uh, to really, really, really enjoy what you're doing.

Um, and that's maybe not a characteristics of a, of a, of a personality.

But yeah, what I saw, like, working three years with Marianne Vos, um, like the GOAT in cycling, will always be the GOAT in cycling in my opinion, uh, in what she did for the sport, in the sport, and still is doing in the sport, and she really, really, really enjoys the sport and what she's doing every day.

Winning or not winning, she's really enjoying what she's doing every day, every day in, day out, and that's also what I saw with all the big talents, um, I worked with and riders that are winning a bunch of races and even, like, the Tour de France or, um, right now in our team, uh, Noemi Ruesga is a really big example.

I, I mean, I think it's, I mean, it's still a strong team.

The only thing that like missing Boston and Evander breaking, cause they don't have radios at worlds.

Yeah, I don't know if like missing those two because they're like so experienced might play a part, but like Rihanna Marcus is there.

they're just there focused doing their own training you know they are basing their improvement based on what they're seeing on training peaks and what happens on race day sure you can take somebody's KOM but that person may have just been or you know beat their time on stride but they could have just been sort of peddling up a hill having a chat with other people they could have been recovering between intervals When I cycled in London, a lot of the routes around the Surrey Hills, they were used as part of, you know, some big international bike races.

And I remember some people, oh, I beat Marianne Voss's time up this, you know, on this segment here.

And it's like she could have been freewheeling along, taking a drink in amongst the in amongst the support cars.

You were there, absolutely on your limit, riding as fast as you can.
