Marianne Cope

Always respond to God's call even if it goes against your plans.

Our next sermon is entitled, St. Marianne Cope.

St. Marianne Cope, Virgin Third Order.

In the summer of 1883, a decade after St. Damon de Voyster had begun to serve as chaplain of the leper colony on Molokai, a priest, Fr.

Leonore, knocked on the door of St. Anthony Convent in Syracuse, New York.

Grant that we may imitate the example of St. Marianne by doing works of charity, and so be numbered among the blessed in your kingdom.

Amen.

St. Marianne Cope, pray for us.
