So tell us how you ended up where you are.

Uh, look, my passion is people.

It's always been pe- people.

I think, um, I'm a natural extrovert.

Over the years, I've become a bit more introverted, probably as my career has grown.

Um, but I went into education, so I was a high school teacher for a, a, a number of years, and my, that was because my passion was to see the magic go on in kids' eyes as they learned something and then develop that.

So it was kind of just a natural progression.

Yeah.

But how has your leadership changed? I mean, how would you describe your leadership? What do we need to know about being a leader in this V-U-C-A, I can never say that word, vocal world that we're operating in?

I think it's awareness and I think you've got to be really agile.

So, you know, you've got to be on your toes constantly because things come at you from all different angles.
