And right back around that time, though, the awakening to Mary Magdalene as a high priestess was already starting.

This was beginning 40 and 50 years ago with Margaret Starbird's book, The Woman with the Alabaster Jar, and then other books and so forth.

And then the experiences of thousands of women and men worldwide who were having these awakenings and so forth.

So the Mary Magdalene wave went first.

Right.

Well, you know, I thank Margaret Starbird, the author of The Woman with the Alabaster Jar, for first turning me on to that.

And there have been other women, intuitives and scholars and men over the past 50 years who've uncovered what she was about based in textual evidence, as well as for some people, their own intuitive understandings.

Right.

So they were definitely living in a Jewish culture, you know, and they were most likely Jewish.

So I know that the argument that, for example, Margaret Starbird brings up in her book, you know, a woman with alabaster, what is it, with a jar, the jar, right? She says, you know, they're Jewish, so they had children and, you know, they were married and so on.

And it's a very influential book, and I understand perfectly this argument, but it doesn't work for me for two reasons.

Okay, so now, like, I know that she has a huge following and I respect her immensely.

Yeah, that's right.

And you know, and it's interesting because actually He read the book by Margaret Starbird and that gave him an idea for his, you know, more kind of, you know, action-oriented book.

And it is a very compelling argument, but I'm not personally inclined this way.
