And I also thought... i'm more so talking through it like i understand that the politicking of the minutes distribution but like i like how do you not give that like are you naji marshall's not the same level of pass or you do marcus sasser that's not his game and you already mentioned the load they put on kairi who like when you go back relative to other guards his on-ball percentage is actually pretty low despite his scoring because he's always done best of playing off others and he's not like the primary playmaker on some of his best teams i'll be pretty bummed if now if he's even if he's bad like you kind of just need to stomach it if i'm the mavs at this point but i'll be pretty bummed if he doesn't get like regular rotation minutes given what this team needs

Well, I think the assumption has to be that given the injury history of the players on this team, that some of this works itself out organically.

P.J. Washington misses a fair amount of time.

PJ is probably the worst, interestingly enough, but I can't figure out if that's because of kids lack of offensive creativity with what they were doing last year and then the lack of just like defensive effort.

It's just all one big mess.

He's this year's version of Jonathan Kaminga and Quentin Grimes and Cam Thomas, although he's a much more talented player.

But even if it doesn't, I still think he can score more than 8.8 points a game, being on the floor between 20 and 25 minutes, getting absolutely fed by Kyrie Irving and Cooper Flagg.

Whenever those guys aren't on the floor, if Derek Lively's playing with the second unit, he's still going to be fed by Larry, right? He's still going to be fed by somebody like Marcus Sasser.

So I just see a lot of really interesting offensive avenues for this team, both in our starting five and on the bench.

But here's the thing.

We talked about the breakout potential of Max Christie.

We've talked about Marcus Sasser playing a really large role off the bench as a microwave scorer.

We've even talked about Cooper Flagg and what his year two leap could look like many times on this show.

And that's got me so excited.
