He's up and down, just depending on the day of the week.

Let's get to our final segment of the day, the spotlight, player spotlight.

We did this last week with Marcus Ratcliffe.

This week, we are going to spotlight linebacker Noah McHale, who has been playing quite well this year.

So give us the lowdown on Noah McHale, and let's all get to know him a little bit better, Aggies.

You have cornerback Des Ricks.

You also have safety Marcus Ratcliffe.

He's a preseason All-American.

This secondary returned two picks to the house against Arizona State.

That said, there are a lot more problems than just Marcel Reed.

The most glaring one i think is is the secondary which is really strange given that mike elko said preseason this is the best secondary i've ever coached and the names are fantastic in the the defensive backfield right i mean the you know we know the the names they're they're experienced starters dalton brooks um You know, Julio Humphrey, Des Ricks, like, seems like Marcus Ratcliffe, like, it seems like we got some dudes back there, and I like all those guys, and they've done a lot of good things, but they were lost yesterday, and I don't really know what happened.

Mike Elko did say in the post-game press conference that there were a lot of eye violations in the secondary that allowed big plays.

Man, like, that is just...

And so I think that it's a big game for Jordan Shaw and Bravian Rogers, who had a great game last week.

And then also our safeties and our linebackers, particularly the boundary safety, Marcus Ratcliffe, because they do like to run the ball under the boundary.

So can he come downhill and make that tackle? There was so much talk about all these people.

And Marcus Ratcliffe quietly had an amazing game last week.

That's just his style.

I was just about to say –

Because we love to drop the boundary safety down into linebacker depth, which Coach Elko brought that up about Radcliffe, that he's changed his body to where they don't mind rolling him into the box to play more of a linebacker role.

I do think somebody in a linebacker role is going to get a pick.
