Liverpool seem in a similar situation to us where they seem very up and down it seems like they're still trying to work out how to play they've maybe got some holes in that team like we have still after a big transfer window but then I look at the rest and I'm like Man United I guess it's a case of like does Carrick survive and and does a new guy come in and just completely turn them around is it a case of from Spurs's perspective nowhere near it Villa bit of a drop off I guess the only guys that have really from that middle pack that have pushed up is Brighton and Brentford look very good but I still think Chelsea should have enough to finish above them so I think in the season that Chelsea have right now in the landscape of the league I think there's a lot to be optimistic about in terms of where we finish.

And I think Caicedo coming back, Jal Pedro being ready, Palestra as well.

I still feel like Chelsea fans don't really know how good he actually is, but it's clear that he was going to play a big role from how much he played in preseason.

He was a big part of those preseason games.

In terms of the way Chelsea attacked, I think you could tell already this is someone that's been bought specifically for Alonso.

The first Alonso signing, it felt very notable how present he was in preseason.

So I think you're going to see a lot more of what Alonso saw in preseason once Caicedo and Palestra are back.

And then you can really judge Chelsea, I think.

I think they were both his though, so...

I wondered watching him if he is someone we'll see more, if they'll go back to Hato, if Palestra will come in on that left side.

But I did feel like if there was going to be any kind of spark or any kind of fight back from Chelsea, it was going to come from him as Palmer seemed to fade more and more throughout the game.

Chavarria's engine continued all the way throughout.

I guess it's that, again, it's hard to highlight anyone positively or in a positive light in a 3-0 loss, but it was nice to see him get 90 minutes, don't you think?

Yes, I think Yeah, I think him and Palestras are our most natural fullbacks.

They get through a lot of work.

They're more comfortable in both defensive and attacking phases.

And we need to try and improve.

The international break is amazing in terms of because Palestra and Caicedo both were close to coming back, I believe.

But I think this international break, they'll be able to recover.

You've also got Jal Pedro, whose injury we were told, take with a pinch of salt, I think it was some Brazilian media, but it was like a three and a half week recovery.

He's just absolutely mental.

I do enjoy him.

And the concept of if we do stick with the kind of wingbacks... and Palestra's back, and then we have Chavarria.

I think those two could be really exciting together, especially with how much we know Palestra could be going forward.
