I think the biggest misconception is that the younger generations value above everything flexibility, which is important, but it's not the thing that retains them.

They think that perhaps the purpose and the vision of the company is what attracts the younger generation, which is important.

that you know makes people stay in the longer term i think the thing that leaders need to get better at is understanding that the one thing that attracts and retain the younger generation probably any generations from here on is growth in their company so personally a lot of people have got goals but very few managers sit down and understand what those goals are and as younger generations everything is instant we want to move quickly We want to know that we are growing.
