Marco Gonzales

I, I think definitely.

You know, there's this, this thing, I have a buddy who, who's really into this stuff, called allostatic load.

You know, where it's like everything that's going on in your li- in your life kind of takes a certain amount of energy out of you and, uh, there's, like we talked about earlier, for, for kids, there's school, there's friends, there's sport, there's all this stuff going on and, um, they're being forced really ear- early to take on a lot.

And I think that that stuff piling up and all these practices and everything, it l- can lead to injury as well as burnout mentally.

Yeah.

You know, I think, first of all, it was, like, making sure the logistics worked with my family and stuff.

And then it was like, all right, let me, let me play a couple games of catch and see, see how it feels, you know? And so I went out, and a buddy of mine that lives close to me, Marco Gonzales, was training for the season.

So I went out and played catch with him, and I was like, "Oh, you know what? It still feels pretty good." So I kinda kept on going to see, uh, just to see.
