Marcin Budkowski

So hopefully they can get some points towards the end of the season and kind of reward the team for what I assume is a mammoth effort that they're all making.

And it seems that Marcin Budkowski has taken a good lead with the team and is sort of still being quite open about a lot of the things they're going through, which is nice to see.

I like the openness when they actually understand that there is more to come and they know they need to be doing better, which is sort of the opposite to what we've heard with Aston Martin, who very quietly tested a lot of their upgrades and then brought some of them out and then they didn't work.

at least the likes of Cadillac and Audi have been very sort of vocal about the fact that the performance hasn't been there and they're driving to get it better so fingers crossed for them there's still plenty of time and I mean we've got a couple of circuits that they'll have possibly existing data from engine suppliers and partners that they'll be able to utilize certainly in the likes of Baku Singapore and by the time we get to Kota as well so there's hope yet Which is a positive point to move into the next section, which is winners and spinners.

So the new guy is named Marcin Budkowski.

He is an engineer and was at a famous team called Propst and also at Ferrari and McLaren.

And he was with the FIA, actually.

I don't think I'm going to read the whole thing out.

But essentially, they were interviewing Marcin Budkowski, the new principal in a caddy.

And he'd been given his first sort of impressions of what he's walked into.

And, you know, a lot of this is going to be filed under not a surprise.

Now, the news cycle never stops, and I guess you are partly having to deal with what I'm about to ask you about.

Um, Marcin Budkowski has come in as team principal here at, at Cadillac.

What's your reaction to that?
