They still had Maokai and Viktor for insurance.

Maokai's slow to six, so he's not a great tempo jungler.

And then in game four, he dies solo on the egg with Vikla killing him.

And then I think it was Raptor that used the Maokai ult from downtown to hold him in place after the egg came back.

And so...

He died second.

Uh, but I remember that was the game I walked away being like, man, owner just didn't do anything this game.

The other ones I thought he was fine.

Um, he had a pretty good Skarner game and that's a really top Skarner game into the, uh, into the Maokai and then the setup that BNK had.

That was the only game of the series that was actually really fun and competitive was the Maokai and Asus Skarner draft.

Funnily enough, that effectively predicted the impact of Maokai many years later, because the shrooms were basically what saplings did many years later.

Not that, you know, Maokai did do it a little bit when he was around in 2014 or whatever, but Maokai jungled using saplings as, like, kind of traps, but also his vision was really good.

Like, again, I can see a world in which Teemo could be useful.

We just don't live in that world.
