Can you tell me why and what did you add up into it that was not in the first edition, right? Why did you want to redo it?
22:11
Oh, yeah.
22:12
So the original edition was published 15 years prior.
22:16
And at about that 15-year mark, My publisher reached out to me and said, hey, would you be interested in doing a second edition? So I thought about it.
22:24
I went through the book and I thought, well, gosh, you know what? 99% of this information is completely valid and still true because they're based on Chinese medicine principles.
22:34
So it hasn't gone out of fashion for sure.
22:38
And science continues to validate.

So what do you say? Was there a couple of things or three things you say, you know, if you did those three things? you will go a long way into feeling really good as you age?
17:28
And that's one of the things that I've feel that you achieve you know really high level results with with female women's reproductive health so let's take that into the caretaker of families and the role of the women in society and how they can protect themselves with balance
17:44
Yes, you know, you bring up a really important dilemma that we see in, you know, our current society today, right? So, you know, the expectations for women is that you are, you know, you're a caretaker for your family, your kids.
18:01
And you have to work and succeed in your endeavors.
18:06
And all the while, maintain equanimity, balance, and look good.
18:15
And what's happening here is this, is that that expectation puts so much pressure on women today that we see a lot of the female reproductive issues as an adaptation.
18:31
a response to what's happening in life.
18:35
Because when you're signaling your body, look, you're not getting enough sleep, you're running, trying to get the kids to school and fed and take them to the doctors when they get sick.
