Mansaf

One for the rest of my life is a tough one.

If I had to choose one for the rest of my life, I'd probably go Luba over Mensaf.

And the reason I'd go Matluba over Mensaf is because Matluba has an identity crisis sometimes and has the ability to kind of change its accessories.

Mararat, they can add some carrots or remove some carrots, add some eggplant, remove some eggplant, add some Zahra.

You can change the rice up.

So I'd probably say...

Matluba.

Mensaf is very near and dear to my artery.
