Manel Kape

Fatso1.

But, you know, I think Frato works, you know? Is that like a frothy, froth drink? Is that what it is? Yeah, so if you guys don't know, I know I'm doing a live show with Manel Kape tonight.

We're talking about his upcoming fight with Joshua Vann.

You guys have a chance to ask some questions.

We cannot forget about Brandon Revolve, you know? He's been there, you know, always on the fire.

I interviewed him a couple weeks ago, and he's like, I don't want to sound negative, and I don't want to wish this upon anybody.

He's like, but if Manel Kape falls off, maybe I can slide into that title shot.

Yeah, but this is definitely not going to happen.

This is an MMA junkie graphic.

Joshua Vanvis from El Cap.

Bro, so we'll be done watching the Pratas-Morales fight.

And now we've got that fight after that.

Okay

... uh, Manel- Manel Kape.

Um, hell, maybe, maybe, maybe you figure out a way to get Strickland on there.

You know, that was o- originally gonna be-

Today, I am joined by one of the best flyweights in the world, a guy that has to do his work undercover, a little bit under the radar, a guy that's been pining for a UFC championship opportunity, a guy that I met way back in 2015, '16, when he came to the American Kickboxing Academy to polish up on his wrestling.

A star since the rising days, and now a star in the UFC, the number one contender, Manel Kape.

Manel, what's up, my brother?

Not one of the best, the best flyweight in the world.

... 'cause, uh, I'm gonna disrespect his generation, so he cannot let this happen.

Well, you're gonna disrespect him, and Joshua Van is [laughs] gonna definitely disrespect you in the buildup.

Guys, Manel Kape will fight Joshua Van for the UFC Flyweight Championship.

Manel, thank you so much for joining me.

Yeah.

Um, that being said, like, where do you feel like he is at right now in terms of being the champion, and he's probably gonna fight Manel Kape next.

Mm-hmm.

You treat, you're coming off your great win, uh, over Loney Cavanaugh, and, you know, getting your ankle healed up.

Where do you think he is at right now after, you know, fighting Manel Kape? How do you see that fight going, and then where do you see yourself after this win with Loney Cavanaugh? Has there been-

[laughs]

... any conversation like, "Look, I should just be next after Manel Kape?"

Yeah.

I mean, I think that he gets probably two.

I mean, the big thing is is that Manel Kape i- they're, they're gonna be fighting.

That has to be then.

That's, that...

Josh Van's a guy we wanna see compete again.

We wanna see him fight Manel Kape extremely, uh, you know, very soon.

So I agree with you, flyweight is exciting.

Who would've thought in this today, in today's day and age that we'd be saying that? More entertaining than heavyweight division, that's for sure.
