First, leaders have to stop and absorb and digest first what do they have in their hand, right? What is the potential? And also have a deep understanding of awareness of who I am and what my business is, who my customers are, right? This awareness is extremely important, right? So how are you going to leverage this, apply this to improve my business, which is to say, how can I make things better for my customers in terms of what product services I offer, what channels I go to serve them, right? So this is how good mature leaders think.

They are not thinking about what I should be doing tonight or tomorrow with you, right? That said, a lot of people also want to know, where do I get started, right? So what is that one area where I can see immediate benefit? Like I said, the most easiest thing is for people to use it as a personal productivity assistant, right? So if I'm a programmer, I can really use it well to generate software if I'm into generating content.

So there is also this... notion of like if AI generates everything, what do we do? Where is the originality, right? So who wants the copyright? So you always, we have a policy inside ManageEngine.

So we use AI only to Polish, embellish, enhance the work that we do, not to just replace the work.

I know ManageEngine just released a new report called The Psychology of Being Breached.

You know, you guys surveyed close to 700 IT and security leaders across US and Canada, and every one of them had experience of breach, right? So I'm kind of curious to learn a little bit about that, but also what these guys are talking about, how the industry is moving.

And one number that stood out to me was only 8% of... you know of the folks make a security permanent priority afterwards so i'm kind of wanting to know a little bit around that as well but since it's your debut i'm super excited to chat with you rajesh and uh off air we've already you know i uh spoken a little bit around you know the different things that we're gonna talk but let's get into it and uh why not start with a quick intro i know you're the ceo at manage engine and uh it's so obviously company so tell us a little bit more about your role and also uh what's happening at manage engine
