Mams Taylor

I thought, you know, it was one of the best fights of Misfits.

You know, Mams Taylor said it was number one.

So I'm very proud of my first performance.

And...

Welcome back to The True Geordie Podcast.

Today's guest is Mams Taylor, also known as the man behind Misfits.

The man behind a lot of things, actually, when you start looking into it.

When I started looking into the history of how you became Mr. Misfits, I'm going to call it.

and any video that they put out.

It was crazy because out of nowhere, TMZ's following me every day.

Hey, Mams, do you want to fight Suge Knight? I'm like, what? You know, Mams, this, that.

I did reckon myself, and I was a bit of a bad boy, and I'm very lucky that I didn't come across... as someone less pretty than Jesse Metcalf in my journey.

And yeah, I mean, listen, you know, Faulkner Mero, his job done, you know what I mean? Won the fight, entertained.

I mean, Mams Taylor told me the next day, he rung me and he was like, mate, that's got to be one of the top three fights of, do you know what I mean? One of his top three fights ever were on Misfits.

And I actually see the other day he might have voted it number one.

But, listen, it was up there.

So hopefully we'll get to see that in the future.

I want to thank Misfits, Mams Taylor, Lee, for getting the fight made and for getting it made again because it does need to happen.

Yeah, I'll say the same thing to you as what I said to Joe the next morning.

Look, everything happens for a reason, doesn't it? And hopefully this means you can both get paid again and have a big rematch because, yeah, it needs to happen really, doesn't it?
