Malte Amundsen

With teams vying for playoff qualification and jockeying for seating position, it was a busy and surprising day across the rest of the MLS yesterday.

Columbus's Malte Amundsen scored twice en route to a 4-2 victory over Toronto, and the Red Bulls beat Inter Miami 2-0 at home, helped out by an own goal from Casemiro.

That just warms my heart so

much.

Joseph Martinez' feet don't disappear.

Malte Amundsen has a chance to put one in there off a rebound.

Mo Farsi has a deflection.

There are just moments where any of those balls go in, the complete dynamic of the game changes.

It's not like Columbus has completely turned over their roster.

Looking at players that he does have familiarity with, I'm looking at Stephen Marrera, Malte Amundsen, Juan Zawadzki, Mohamed Farsi, Dylan Chambost, Taha Hambrun, the homegirl that you just mentioned, Patrick Schulte, our friend who's their goalkeeper, St. Louis native, SLU alum, Patrick Schulte, we'll have to face him as well, and Nicholas Hagen.

So there are members of their team that it's not the... they've definitely turned over, I would say, their goal scoring threats.

So there's not as much familiarity as I was thinking would happen.

So yeah, I'll go seven.

Malte Amundsen.

Amundsen.

Ooh.
