Malatang, for those of you who have had the opportunity to try it, it's a Szechuan hot pot style, very customizable, very personalizable.

We saw that Gen Z, we predicted in 2026 that Gen Z would be doing a lot of solo dining and that Malatang would be a really great complement to that.

All of that came out to be the case.

But if those of you who are not familiar, check out Malatang.

They just launched actually a couple new, the Chinese brand, but they actually just launched a few new Malatang restaurants.

in major American cosmopolitan centers.

Definitely cool to see these trends extend beyond just retail or just consumer behavior, but obviously in food service as well in all different areas.
