Maison Premiere

So in my neighborhood, Greenwich Village, There are a million Thai restaurants that opened up, and not Thai food in the sense of, you know, the kind of Pad Thai, Tom Yum, et cetera, but different kinds of Tom Yums that highlight, you know, the kind of sinigang-ness or the tamarind-ness of the dish.

There's a new restaurant with a great bar program called Len Len, and I think one of the bar designers was one of the lead bartenders at Maison Premier in Williamsburg, which is a long mainstay, and they specialize in absinthe and oysters.

Really great work with Thai green and speaking of pandan, I think that's actually where it's going to come through is through cocktails.

But, right, because I always have to kind of be a spoilsport or a Debbie Downer.

Mm-hmm.

And, um, the experience, they worked with the Maison Premier group, um, for that bar, and just everything is choreographed down to the uniforms.

I mean, you see the staff spritzing the air with a fragrance.
