Main Street Sports Group

They've traditionally sold those to regional sports networks who are able to basically demand pretty big premiums from the cable companies who thought that local sports were essential to the appeal of their cable services.

Now, for various reasons, whether it's the decline in pay TV households, changes in ownership, particularly when Diamond Sports Group, which became Main Street Sports, bought those networks from Disney as per the sale of 21st Century Fox.

It paid too much.

It was just before all these structural changes started to happen.
