Magnifying glass

And so I'm really excited to talk about that.

Today's episode is going to be all focused on being that magnifying glass and helping individuals on your team reach their full potential and doing so as a core unit rather on an island alone.

Before I continue running, I'll pass the microphone over to you and give you a chance to maybe further introduce yourself to the Activating Greatness community.

And so I felt like if they felt so strongly about it, I should do it.

And actually, it's the most favorite job that I've ever had.

And I think it goes to that magnifying glass that clearly somebody saw something in me that I couldn't see in myself, right? And so, again, that's my philosophy of paying it forward to others, but I didn't see it in myself.

And so some advice, early advice here in the podcast is if somebody sees it in you, you should listen.

So you're right.

You're pointing out that this Medrash seemingly has a slightly different interpretation the measure sees this as moshe had or maybe they're both true in other words it seems like you know a lot of things in torah there's multiple ways of looking at things or maybe there was you know as we were saying before our great people are held under a magnifying glass you know maybe there was an ounce you know if me or you would say that it would be seen as righteousness that we're Not being haughty, but someone on Moses' level, perhaps he had a little bit of doubt about the Jewish people.

Although maybe his primary focus is on his effectiveness to be able to encourage them to believe that Hashem is going to take the battle of Egypt.

But maybe there was an ounce, you know, that little... little tiny bit of doubt that he had, according to this interpretation of the Magistrates, that he was doubting their ability to change.

And everything else Moshe did for the Jewish people, he clearly believed in the Jewish people.

He was, you know, Moshe's referred to as the Roa Mehemna.

the faithful shepherd of the jewish people who has your reference he was almost willing to give himself up on behalf of the jewish people that he was willing to he said race me from your torah in order that the jewish people should continue to exist and there's countless other examples of his self-sacrifice and his belief in the jewish people so the way the way i would understand it that it's a good point to clarify that it was under a magnifying glass.

There's a small little speck of doubt that Moshe expressed to Jewish people that, like we said before, whenever we're talking about great people, it's coming up towards Rosh Hashanah.
