By the way, by that logic, if you have all the roles set and you have Donk, the best player ever, then Magix must be a shit IGL if he didn't win the Major.

What's he waiting for? He's the IGL.

He's got Halle.

He's got the system.

He's been in spirit for years.

What's Magix waiting for, Overdrive? Why don't we just win the Major, mate?

Magix, he just started his in-gaming career just like a year ago.

But I think there's more to the madness in that regard.

So I haven't lost faith in Magix as an in-game leader.

I think he's fine.

Also, I think he could transition away from being an in-game leader and still be a great role player on a great CIS team and maybe even stay in spirit, you know.

Let's play with the idea that he overtook Suntik's roles.

You bring in Boombl4 instead of Magix as an in-game leader.

Now you have the combination of Boombl4 being your designated in-game leader.

You have Magix as the secondary voice who had a lot of, you know, experience as an in-game leader.

Um, and they, they, they seem to be chopping and changing between them.

I think Magixx has a bit more, uh, leadership qu- a few more leadership qualities he's actually able to demonstrate on the server because he doesn't have Halli yanking at the chain all the time like maybe Season 1 Spirit did.

Um, but that maybe leads to these questions about does that mean that donk is going to fall off because more players are going to make more moves, I guess, on the map, and donk n- might not, not, not, not necessarily be involved in that and be off tempo in, in the way that he reads the game.

Um, uh, it's a very weird place to be for Spirit because they have been the, the best team this year.

... you have to pick and choose your moments to give a little and, and not be so restrictive.

I don't think that currently exists on the Spirit team, and maybe they're trying to find a balance because I am seeing a couple more rounds where Tenir is properly set up or, uh, maybe Magixx is taking a big risk.

But I don't think they treat these extremities pieces the same way.

Um, taner, he's more of a lurker-esque, uh, in this team.

So it kind of boils down to Magixx being the vocal point if, if donk actually goes down, and I think that's far easier, [laughs] than donk, right? Definitely.

So overall for Spirit then, right, they go into a third place decider.

... for example, they, they have, like, someone jump spotting and nading down lower, or they're boosting an AWP and, and reactively nading him after that.

Uh, you know, there's usually something that you can do.

But I think if you put something, someone like an IGL that's prepared for the counter, you know, and is just want to bait out the counter, um, I think you can r- little bit risk free-er, put, like, someone like Magixx to bait out their utility dump.

Put maybe Donk top mid a couple of rounds, uh, and when that kind of trap springs, let him free flow from there.

They've had results here and there.

Like, is it more of his problem or is it just, yeah, Magixx can't do it either?

Yeah, I kinda worry it, it might be a halli problem.

I think Magixx, like, has brought a little bit of his own stuff, but, like, so often it seems like it's this weird, like, him lurking nonsense, which I always hate.

Like, the amount... [laughs] I don't know why, he just seems to have to have a few calls a half where it's like, "I'm gonna fucking lurk on the opposite side of the map, guys, and it's gonna be great." And I'm like, "Okay, look, you had that one fucking round where it worked out for you on Mirage and you got that clip, okay? I don't need to see this all the time, bro." Like, it's, most of the time it doesn't, it doesn't work out.
