And I actually am so excited to share this one for you because it's going to be a perfect segue in today's episode.

And that is a podcast episode by the podcast... show called Hot Smart Rich which is one of my favorite favorite podcasts that I listen to I only started listening to it this year but I think it only started not like it's very very new but I started before it like kind of popped off like I hate to be that person where I was like I knew it before it was famous but I actually have been listening to her for a while so the author or like the person that does the podcast her name is Maggie Sellers and most of the time she does interviews and she interviews some of the like really cool and insane people and But this particular episode was a solo episode.

So let me get the name of the episode up because I literally listened to it this morning and I was like, oh, this is going to be my suggestion of the week because I love it.
