It's amazing to see how neighborhoods in Cincinnati emerge as dining destinations, like Madisonville.

Thanks in part to MedPace investing $115 million in building Madison Square on its campus, it went from having a few truly excellent eateries like Bazunte to growing to a destination in and of itself.

The first time I think I really took notice was Element Eatery Food Hall.

Mm-hmm.

There's another new sushi spot that just opened this week on Tuesday.

Um, and this is opened by Makoto Akua, and he is a local operator, uh, kind of like- Leaning into this, this, um, big-time, uh, chef, and it's everything beyond, like, sushi rolls to nigiri to shash- shash- sashimi.

... from Tokyo, and it's in Madisonville, and this is another one of those areas that has 100% been up and coming, between Element Eatery, and there's a Mediterranean joint over there, and other Italian joints.

It's right near Medpace.

Recently, there was a picture published in the Business Courier.

That is the address of 5093 Kingsley Drive in Madisonville.

That property was recently sold by Hamilton County to- To TriHealth in order for TriHealth to expand its primary care and ambulatory network, the 14th facility like that for the health system.

Plans for it to offer care in a more convenient location for people in that area are ongoing, an ongoing effort to meet people where they're at for care.
