Madeleine Vinton Dahlgren

We know when it comes to the Appalachian Mountains, even in the trail, you've got a very early printed book.

Now, if I don't butcher her name, 'cause y'all know how I am with some names, but Madeline Vinton Dahlgren, she wrote a book in 1882.

It was called South Mountain Magic.

This book documented things going on in this Appalachian environment, and of course, it's already got a lot of these ghost stories, and strange sightings go back hundreds to thousands of years.
