She's just, uh, continues to go from strength to strength, and Australia's just done her absolute wonders, so I think she starts at center.

She's a player who played, uh, in the Firebirds with, uh, Tepae and Kiri last year as well.

Uh, in goals we have Shanice Beckford, Amelia Ann Econazio, Janelle Fallon, and Mud.

As our midis we have Zoe Cransberg, Maddy Gordon, and Alice Teague-Neeld.

In defense we have Ruth Arian, Sunday Arian, Katie Anahimi, and Fran Williams.

And as part of our outgoing, uh, members, we have Olivia Wilkinson, Sasha Glasgow, Jordan Cransberg, Jess Anstis, and the retiring Romelda Aiken-George.

And I think if you hear any of the interviews we've had on the station with the likes of Maddy Gordon, she said she got better.

Mm.

You know, one day she's up against, um, the S- the Australian Diamond Center, and then the wing attack the next week, and then she played Kate Heffernan the next week.

It's that middle tier as well.

And some of the players leaving, like Grace Noiki, Maddy Gordon, Kate and Georgia Heffernan, the absolute stars of that Silver Ferns team, they've signed multi-year deals in Australia, so they're not going to be coming back anytime soon.

And I think the really difficult thing for Netball New Zealand and this private ownership group now is they have to go out and sell a competition that's going to be missing a significant amount of their star power.

So the challenge isn't just to save the domestic leave, it's to make a league that is going to be you know, actually compelling enough that over time the best New Zealand players are going to want to come back home and play in it.

I know we've heard a few opinions from a few netballers and yourself included, but she is obviously part of the Commonwealth Games gold medal winning team, another one heading overseas, another one heading to Australia and another one who probably has their future fairly uncertain about what is going on in the sport in this country.
