And then you have the women being a product or hostages.

Think Mad Max or Handmaid's Tale.

And yes, there is female leads to this one, and even in the later Mad Max, Furiosa, and Fury Road.

But there also lies the abuse of women as a subplot for most of that.

Even like the old school one with Mel Gibson and Tina Turner.

I think on that bus, it's like a scene from the road, you know, when they all appear on that bus and they're on the top of the bus and stuff.

You know, it's like a scene from the Road Warrior Mad Max.

It's like a scene from that where you think the warriors are going to get absolutely ruined by these people.

which doesn't happen with a lot of these gangs.

They've got to have their own thing.

I think as well, I think there is a case to be made for a 2080 festival to have movies that are 2080 adjacent.

So you've got movies like Rollerball, you've got The Six Million Dollar Man, you've got Mad Max, and you've got The Warriors as well, I think.

I think there's those films that were just in that world at the time that either directly influenced or were just part of the vibe.

We are going to give you a review, and the DVD is titled Archaeologist of the Wasteland.

If you are a fan of Mad Max, you are going to want to get this because, folks, I'm telling you, I have for years, and I've always heard and I've seen things, That they just left everything when they departed that film.

Folks, this is before CGI.

We'd always just watch a sports movie or a war movie or something like that.

And then I watched Furiosa, the Mad Max saga, which I've been wanting to watch for a long time.

I gave it a 3.5.

I think the story is very, very compelling.

Now going back and watching Dune...

After watching

Dune and Dune 2, it was kind of like what I was saying with Mad Max earlier.

Dune 2 retroactively makes the first one better, in my opinion.

That did some great work, um, with the halo rig there.

And Furiosa, uh, the Mad Max saga film, also got to talk, um, to your team about that work.

It, it really, I mean, I feel like RSP and now Pitch Black has become one of these go-to places for face replacement, de-aging, and aging with that Reviz tool, which is great.

Yeah.

It's like, you know, honestly, it is, it's, it's like the, the cast of Mad Max have, like, rolled into town.

The cast of Mad Max.

Fury Road.

Fury Road.

That's much more useful than simply making someone unbeatable.

Think about Furiosa in Mad Max, Fury Road.

Her competence is undeniable.

But the reason she works isn't simply that she's an excellent driver and fighter.
