Mach Five

A lot of you guys have requested it, so I dove deep into it, and we are gonna wade through the waters together.

So without further ado, let's unbuckle our seat belts, go Mach Five down the highway, slam on the brakes, and bust through the windshield into this infamous serial killer together.

[mysterious music] I want to take a quick pause to talk about something that happened recently.

I was on my last trip, and I'm at TSA with my coffee in one hand and my water bottle in the other.

There are statutory minimums th- in terms of seats that Saanich [laughs] and Victoria have to have, and those might have made a lot more sense once upon a time before we saw the rapid growth out in the West Shore that we've seen in recent years.

And I guess it's verging on a decade or decades at this point since Langford went pedal to the metal Mach Five and became the fastest growing municipality in British Columbia.

But it came up last night at the Langford Council table.

Oh, by the way, we don't actually have a seat on the [laughs] Victoria Regional Transit Commission.
