... or straight up to Brisbane, see family, whatever it is.

Maybe they were priced out of Helensvale, or they want more larger blocks compared to Helensvale and like Coomera, bigger awarders, places like that.

Pac Pines is such a good option.

Great north and southbound access on the M1, obviously close to Helensvale shops and surroundings, obviously all the theme parks, everything's clo- It's a great, great suburb.

It's come a long way.

That's now reopened, so traffic will slowly return to normal.

And for our listeners, up on the New South Wales-Queensland border, We've got all northbound lanes on the M1 Pacific Motorway closed at Tweed Heads West due to a two-car crash just past the Tugan Bypass Tunnel.
