Luxembourg School of Business

And you've moved here a year ago.

And even in that year, you've completed your master's at the Luxembourg School of Business.

So welcome, Neha.

Thank you.

And I know that you've done research, actually, on Luxembourg workplaces.

So I'd love you to tell us a bit more about your research.

So that's where I actually, the research started by working with Luana for a project that had come to Luxembourg School of Business.

And during this, I was trying to just understand how this fast-paced city with so many corporates, how is mental health working here? And I wanted to understand how could we be of some kind of advantage and how could we take an opportunity out here? That was my thought process at the beginning.

Hi.

And Dima Ghazli, Employee Relations Manager at the Luxembourg School of Business.

Hello.

Let's just understand your perspectives.

This cannot be only based on social mobility.

On networks.

You said open days, you're then going to places like Luxembourg School of Business and appearing at those.

So how do those events work at the business school? How do you match the internships on your side?
