Lumosity

Small, structured goals, incrementally challenging, but never prohibitively difficult.

This is actually the theme or the motto of Lumosity, which has brain training games, and they've done gamification super well.

Then there's simulations that build real world skills like an acted out scenario or a role play practice.

And there's social elements or social play like leaderboards that reduce isolation by low key opening you up to a community of other people in similar situations like yourself.
