It was really, really cool.

And Luke Poulter, so Ian Poulter's young fella, he won his match as well.

It was looking very blue on the scoreboard early.

Yeah.

And then basically the next three or four matches, GB and I took them to the cleaners.

So it was... yeah pretty cool to watch just the and the golf course was awesome like the first hole was like a 320 par 4 not a heap of trouble but it was it must have been playing the wind must have been playing a certain direction because a couple of the early guys took iron off the tee and left themselves like a a full iron in, and these other guys were just taking dog straight at the green.

I think Luke Poulter missed it by, like, 18 yards to the right.

Like, he had a full wedge in after hitting driver.

But Connor Graham and Josh Hill each won the 18th hole in the final two matches Sunday at Lahinch, as Great Britain and Ireland capped off a stunning comeback against the Americans to win the Walker Cup for the first time since 2015.

Now, one of the stars of Great Britain was Luke Poulter, the son of Ian Poulter, and Ian was on site all week cheering on his son.

Now you've got to watch your son, and Great Britain and Ireland mount the biggest comeback in the history of the Walker Cup.

We just had the Walker Cup this weekend.

Great Britain obviously won.

Uh, Luke Poulter, the son of Ian Poulter, one of the stars, top five amateur in the world.

What's the ceiling for Luke? I was lobbying for him to come to Liv last year when Henrik Stenson left.

Ryder Cup meant a lot to him.

He's probably on his way out anyway, but it's nice to see that a legacy lives on in Luke Poulter.

And congratulations to the GB&I team for a miraculous victory that I need to catch up and watch so that I can actually formulate some kind of opinion on.

Because I don't think I've watched any of the Walker Cup stuff before, really.

Uh, some of those guys are Stewart Graham, Sam Easterbrook, Ben Bolton, Elliott Baker, Josh Hill, Connor Graham, Niall Shields Donegan.

Luke Poulter, Ian Poulter's son, and Tyler Weaver are your GB&I team for the Walker Cup.

And then as far as the United States goes, the US team, you got Ryder Cowan, Ethan Feng, so you got a Sooner and a Cowboy there.

Um, so yeah, there's, I think Luke Poulter was fighting for a spot in the, in the match play.
