So I was, I was living in this, in this unit and, um, which was pretty close to where we trained, and underneath, uh, it was like, I don't know, 40 stories or whatever it was of, of these units, and underneath there was a, a, like a corner store grocer and a hairdressing joint.

You'd been sent down fr- straight from the bush down to Sydney like, "Fuck."

Like what would you do? What would you tell them to steer away from? What would you tell them to lean into? Mate, the only –

Like I'm no expert but if I was, what I tell my kids is, you know, a little bit of what we just talked about.

You know, if you're going to do it, try and be the best version, the best representation of yourself that you possibly can be.

And the main thing for young blokes and young ladies to remember is music is never a competition in my personal opinion.

Unpopular opinion sometimes, music should never be a competition.

because we're all just out there doing what we do, singing songs, writing songs, making music, entertaining, all that sort of stuff.

Doing what you love.

And

Um, and get drunk and do all that stuff that you do out there at the Elite grounds.
