And that's the problem.

Luke, I also, I also like to add on, I really think that it's different times from back then to right now, you know, everybody's growing up in their own kind of stages of life.

And also it's not just that, it's the times we live in.

Like AI was invented during my lifetime and some people that are in the 90s didn't even have that and didn't even have the internet.

And so I think it's a really constant battle of trying to keep up to what new people, or not new people, but what new generations are growing up in and how they're reacting to to the online and how they're reacting because it's hard to keep up like Instagram and Facebook.

Well, Facebook's been around for a while, but Instagram, TikTok, all those platforms, they've only been around for probably 10, 15 years, maybe more.

And I think that a lot of people get their information from those sites nowadays.

And then the next day it starts bright and early.

I should say after they do that, then they serve a dinner.

So you get to eat, you know, food from the Weber restaurant.

And then the next morning starts bright and early at 7 a.m. We jump right into meat science classes.

And then they do five different breakout sessions with making your own spice rub.

There's a whiskey pairing and tasting class.

There's a chicken class, which is the one that I help cook with.

Well, tell people about it.

We were, we were in it together.

We just loved riding our bikes, finding, finding our, these amazing trails that we'd heard other riders talking about.

And there was one in particular that we were keen on checking out.

It, it, it was just outside of Rossland near Nelson, BC.

And the trail involved the section that, that had a, a big 25 foot gap.

There was a portable ramp that had to get set up every day you went to work.

Okay.

Um, it's kind of its main grape that does excellent there.

Malbec in Argentina, Shiraz in Australia, you know, Cab Sav in Bordeaux, France, and Nebbiolo in Italy, and so on and so forth.

And, uh, I feel like that grape hasn't necessarily been discovered for this region, this area yet.

And so, um, that's kinda one of my goals is to, you know, discover that grape and, and also make the best wine out of it that I can.

And, um, yeah, they, you know, produced milk and cheese and butter and all that sort of things.

And, um, eventually once, uh, John Ezard, uh, once his father passed, um, John Ezard is the founder of the vineyard, uh, back in '95.
