Hey, Mick, before we get to you on this question, I want to circle back to Providence for one sec.

How have Steeves and Lucas Reichel been?

Steeves, I believe, is fighting through something right now.

The league doesn't keep track of... who, who hits the most posts posts, but if they did, Alex Steve's might be at the top of the list.

No, I think we've got enough of a sample size to sort of – especially at the NHL level to see what he's going to bring.

Mick, your thoughts on Marco maybe shuffling the lineup a little bit and bringing in some of the guys that haven't played recently?

Reichel is the Martin Samuelson of the 21st century.

So, yeah, and I can't think about this without thinking about Don Sweeney and Matt Patra and Dylan Larkin and the reports and the rumors and are you playing this guy because Freud's interested in young centermen, according to Eliot Friedman, you know, what do we got going on here and how long are they going to take to do what they're going to do? And if they take too long, then Potter gets banged up and, and then, and then where are you, you know? So I just think that they're just, it's a long season.

We've seen this a lot in the past with AHL studs.

I mean, Lucas Reichel was a point-per-game guy in the AHL for two full years, and he's still in the AHL.

Yeah.

As I mentioned, Gavin Hayes, he's got five goals, nine points in eight games to lead the way.

The read he made on the bench, I think, was the right one.

The only issue I've ever had with him was game four last year of the playoffs when he went with Jordan Harris and Lucas Reichel instead of Yoko Haru and Alex Steves.

And I just don't think it was the right decision.

And like it bore out in the way they played in game four.

And Jordan Harris wasn't good.

And it was a tough spot to put him in.

And Lucas Reichel, I haven't seen enough of it to merit him playing in situations like that.

The amount of impact he's made has been minimal at the NHL level.

It's just really hard to give a pick above a seventh for a guy who has waived, I guess, is the point I'm making.

Wait, we took Reichel for a sixth, didn't we? Yeah, we did.

Yeah.

Yeah, it's a great point.

And I worry that it's like the Lucas Reichel syndrome happening here where Reichel, when his game is predicated on offense, right? And when he's not producing offensively, how does he impact the game other ways? And the Hawks had a hard time with that because he wasn't really impacting the game in other ways.

His minutes got cut, he gets sent to Rockford, and then that was the end of his story in Chicago.

The same goes with Kevin Korchinski, where they draft him seventh overall, and we've detailed his development ad nauseum here, and he had a rough go at it.

that's why he did it.

And he took a chance on Reichel, a young kid.

But what is the – I mean – Like Zdorov, who did he put in? Did he have an extra defenseman, I wonder?
