Lukas Graham is back with something that feels genuinely different.

Now, he is the Grammy-nominated artist behind the global smash Seven Years.

He's just released To Know a Girl, and it's stripped down and story-driven, and it's got a different feel for sure.

It's intimate, it's timeless, and it's the first taste of a new summer album.

And if that's not enough, he's gonna be joining Ed Sheeran as a special guest on select North American dates of the Loop tour, and that starts August the 15th.

Lukas Graham is next on the Taking a Walk podcast.

This is an iHeart podcast.

The controversy quickly expanded beyond Macklemore himself and placed significant pressure on Sheeran.

Supporting acts such as Phineas, Aaron Rowe, Boega and Lucas Graham subsequently withdrew from dates in solidarity with Macklemore, while critics accused the tour of allowing venues and powerful business interests to silent political expression.

Sheeran has disputed the idea that he personally fired Macklemore, saying the decision belonged to the promoter after venues threatened to prevent shows from taking place.

He said he attempted to mediate between the parties but was unable to reach a solution, while also explaining that he generally avoids turning his concerts into political forums.

[laughs]I think this is the bit where she, uh ...
