Colson Montgomery is the long-term answer at shortstop.

He's young, he's athletic, and he fits the mold of a modern MLB player.

Luisangel Acuña is talented, but he might be better suited as a utility player or a backup until Montgomery is fully ready.

At first base, Munetaka Murakami is the guy.

And what did they do for that? We're gonna give away Luis Robert Jr.
