We always come from the last iteration of whatever bike we have and then we ask, so tell me about the bike and I want to hear what's bad about the bike or what they need to improve.

I don't want to hear what's good.

I want to need what can I improve for the bike to just make the better iteration of the previous one.

And it's not only the athletes.
